Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: June 10, 2026 · How to request deletion of your personal data from Autias

Autias (operated by Roman Manilov, Osek Patur, Netanya, Israel) respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains exactly how to make a deletion request, what happens next, and how long it takes. It applies to data held by Autias in connection with autias.com, our website AI assistant, our Meta/WhatsApp integrations, and AI agents we operate for our business clients.

How to request deletion

Step 1. Send an email to privacy@autias.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Step 2. In the email, include the identifier(s) we may hold about you so we can locate your data: the email address and/or phone number you used (for WhatsApp conversations — the phone number you wrote from), and, if relevant, the name of the business you were messaging.

Step 3. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, then send you a written confirmation. We may ask a clarifying question solely to verify the request and locate the data.

What we delete

Contact-form submissions and lead records held in our systems;
Website AI assistant conversation history linked to you;
WhatsApp conversation logs stored by Autias and associated profile details (phone number, profile name);
Any media linked to those conversations that we hold (we do not store media by default).

Instant demo (“Try your AI”)

The self-serve demo on autias.com/demo is anonymous and ephemeral: it is not linked to your name, email, or phone, and the session auto-expires within about 24 hours without ever being written to our CRM. There is normally nothing persistent to delete. If you typed personal data into the demo and want it removed sooner, email us (Steps 1–3 above) and we will purge the related temporary records.

If you messaged a business that uses Autias

For AI agents we operate on behalf of business clients, the business you messaged is the controller of your data, and copies of the conversation may also exist in their systems (their WhatsApp account, their CRM). When you send us a deletion request, we will: (1) delete the data held in Autias-operated systems, and (2) forward your request to that business so they can act on data in their own systems. You can also contact the business directly.

What may be retained

We may retain limited data where the law requires or permits it — for example invoices and accounting records (Israeli tax law), records needed to establish or defend legal claims, and a minimal suppression record (e.g., your address on a do-not-contact list) so we do not message you again. Anything retained is kept only as long as the law requires and is not used for any other purpose.

If you arrived here from a Meta / Facebook app screen

If you interacted with Autias through Meta technologies (for example, a WhatsApp conversation handled by an Autias-operated agent, or our Site’s Meta integrations) and want the data connected to that interaction removed, follow Steps 1–3 above — this is our official data deletion channel for our Meta app. Note that deleting data from Autias does not delete data held by Meta itself; for Meta’s own data practices and controls, see Meta’s help center and Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Deletion requests are free of charge. We will never penalise you for exercising your privacy rights. Full details of how we handle personal data are in our Privacy Policy.
